Achel PLLC is a multi-jurisdictional law firm advising businesses, investors, founders, and individuals on complex legal matters across corporate, finance, tax, immigration, and regulatory practice areas. We are registered in the State of New York and in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and we serve clients whose interests span the United States, Africa, and international markets.
We were founded on a straightforward conviction: that the quality of legal counsel a client receives should not be determined by the size of their balance sheet or their proximity to a major financial centre. Complex legal problems, structuring a cross-border transaction, navigating an immigration pathway, building governance infrastructure for a growing company, or managing regulatory exposure; require the same rigour and precision regardless of whether the client is an institution or an individual. We bring that rigour to every engagement.
Our practice sits at the intersection of law and commercial reality. We are lawyers, but we are also advisors.
